환불/취소 정책Refund & Cancellation Policy

INECT 웹사이트에서는 상품을 직접 판매하거나 결제를 받지 않습니다. 게임 구매에 대한 환불은 구매한 플랫폼의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
The INECT website does not sell products or take payments. Refunds for game purchases are handled under the policy of the store where you bought the game.
1. 적용 범위1. Scope
현재 웹사이트는 직접 판매, 결제, 구독 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 따라서 웹사이트를 통한 결제나 그에 대한 취소·환불은 발생하지 않습니다.
The Website does not currently offer direct sales, payments or subscriptions, so no purchase, cancellation or refund takes place through the Website itself.
2. Steam에서 구매한 게임2. Games purchased on Steam
Steam에서 구매한 게임의 결제와 환불은 Valve Corporation이 운영하는 Steam 환불 정책에 따라 Steam을 통해 처리됩니다. 회사는 Steam 결제 정보를 보유하지 않으므로 환불을 직접 처리할 수 없습니다.
환불 요청은 Steam 고객지원(help.steampowered.com)을 이용해 주십시오.
Payments and refunds for games bought on Steam are handled by Steam under the Steam Refund Policy operated by Valve Corporation. We do not hold Steam payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.
Please request refunds through Steam Support (help.steampowered.com).
3. 기타 플랫폼3. Other platforms
다른 플랫폼에서 회사의 게임을 구매한 경우 해당 플랫폼의 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
If you buy one of our games on another platform, that platform's refund policy applies.
4. 정책의 변경4. Changes
회사가 직접 판매를 시작하는 경우, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 청약철회 등에 관한 내용을 포함하여 이 정책을 개정하고 시행 전에 게시합니다.
If the Company begins selling directly, this policy will be revised — including cancellation rights under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce — and published before it takes effect.
